Job Responsibilities:

• Strong experience performing current state analysis (Validate system’s business functionality against business requirements and parallel systems) of large IT systems and identify gaps and challenges.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and clearly document gaps and provide actionable recommendations per industry standards.
• Work together with technical analysts to perform thorough analysis and designs.
• Lead review sessions, captures feedback and ensure resolution.

Skills and Experience Required:

Required

• Demonstrated experience in performing current state analysis of large enterprise IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Business Management) business processes which ensure smooth running for retail store operations.
• Demonstrated experience in visualizing business workflows, defining objectives and performing rationalization.
