Job Responsibilities:
Imagine, define, analyze, and document product vison, requirement and effectively communicate to management, business, and technical staff.
Manage, track and report product line or product feature performance throughout its lifecycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization.
Coordinate product priority decisions in concert with cross-functional teams
Coordinate internal and external product communication and information across product line and partner organizations.
Manage product development process inclusive of product commercialization tasks required to bring product to market.
Manage product development and improvements including road map and statement of direction across product line.
Manage issues throughout the product development process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and partner communication.
Act as a primary negotiator between internal departments and clients to resolve issues.
Serve as product expert and liaison to Sales.
Consumer interface in the education and enrollment of consumers into the new product programs
Partners with Tech to create business requirements.
Ability to conduct and document gap analysis.
Be in frequent contact with internal and external customers.
Skills and Experience Required:
Required
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Technical Operations, Business Analyst, Project Management or Product Management.
Prior experience in negotiations, vendor and project management required.
Knowledge of integrating multiple systems.
Knowledge of APIs and back-end integration.
Experience with market analysis, writing user stories, triaging defects and testing
Payments related experience.
Desired:
In-depth knowledge of card brand regulations, including PCI.
Experience as a SaFe Agilist
Education:
High School graduate/GED (Bachelor’s degree desired)
