Job Description

• Kiosk Testing is experience is a must
• We need a minimum of 6+ Years of experience.
• primarily responsible for thoroughly testing the functionality and usability of self-service kiosks by performing various operations like user interactions, payment processing, and data input, identifying any errors or glitches, and reporting them to the development team to ensure a smooth customer experience; this includes creating test cases, executing tests under different scenarios, documenting findings, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
