Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Data Governance Consultant to support our tooling assessment and strategic roadmap. The ideal candidate will bring cross-tool expertise (Informatica, Collibra, Alation, etc.) and help shape our governance stack and future implementation phases. Familiarity with HVR or Fivetran HVR is also desired to guide real-time replication considerations in the broader governance tooling landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead assessment of current and prospective data governance tools

– Develop a strategic DG tooling roadmap

– Provide recommendations aligned with enterprise architecture

– Guide integration strategies with metadata platforms (e.g., Axon, EDC)

– Advise on data cataloging, lineage, quality, and stewardship workflows

– Provide input on replication tooling like HVR and its fit within governance

Required Skills:

– 6+ years in Data Governance consulting or strategy

– Familiarity with major tools (Informatica Axon/EDC, Collibra, Alation)

– Experience designing or guiding enterprise governance frameworks

– Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

– Exposure to HVR, Fivetran HVR, or other replication tools in a governance context
