Job Responsibilities:

Coach Product Group Owners who are Senior Manager/AVPs.

Coach multiple teams some of which are part of an Agile Release Trains (team-of-teams)

This role is focused on coaching the teams and SMs – not delivery or project management.

Skills and Experience Required:

Required:

3-5 years of coaching experience across multiple teams.

Highly skilled with Scrum and Kanban practices. Both are must-haves because the Lines of Business have both type of teams.

Proficient with flow metrics Lead/Cycle time, predictability, throughput.

Highly proficient in Jira & Confluence.

Experience with Objective and Key Results (OKR) coaching.

Professional Kanban level 1 or Professional Scrum with Kanban certification.

Desired:

Leadership coaching.

Team Kanban Practitioner certification.

Banking experience.
